Email issues

update: Emailed images are sometimes returned as spam. The email server on the receiving end sees the embedded image, automatically judges it as spam, and blacklists the domain from further email. Check your email to be sure interactimage.com is not blacklisted.

Some intermittent email problems have been experienced in the last week or so. I'm looking into it and have made a few changes.

If you email images and they don't get delivered or if you fail to receive login details when you register, please post a message here.

  2. Hi, Thanks for the report. I see in the user database that an email was generated to that address and there is none stuck in the outgoing mail queue. Could it be in your spam inbox?

  3. can you only do one font at time, and can you make the entire background transparent?

  4. You can compose images using different fonts on the composition layer. The foreground layer supports transparency but the composition layer does not. Compose the image then float it to the foreground using the float tool. There you can make it transparent with the transparency tool.

  6. My email isn't working either. I've used this in the past and had no problems, but I can't get any images from the canvas to my computer.
