I'm having a major issues with the pattern filled text. I'm uploading my own images but each time I try to fill the image, it repeats within it and leaves a line where it repeats. Can you make it where I can position the images inside of the text the way I want it?
The fill image you use must be designed for seamless tiling. ImageMagick first tiles the fill image. Any image can be used but if its not designed for seamless tiling, you'll be able to see the edges where two tiles meet.
Is it possible thats what is causing the problem? If not, please post a sample so we can see the issue and maybe get a better idea.
Hi, I added PeaSummerFunkyness to the character font collection. The spring font is in the dingbats misc. folder with the name Krspringme. That name is hard to spot. I'll work on adding the others as soon as I get the chance. Thanks ~Jeff
hi i have noticed that the older version of FIG is different and slower from the new one you have.. It has more fonts on the older one then the new one..
do people use the older one more?
i use the new one since its alittle bit faster loading things..
i noticed you added the two peas fonts, Do u have any more fonts like that... We are looking for girls fonts . thanks
Hi, Thanks for the post. The new version of FIG is used far more than the old version by about 20:1 ratio. Some users expressed a preference for the old version so I left it up temporarily. It will be decommissioned in the coming months however.
You'll find several 2Peas fonts in the collection. If there are others you'd like or if you spot other freeware fonts or dingbats around the net, please post a link and I'll be happy to add them for you.
Oh ok.. I do hope that you add the Fonts on the OLD Version over to the NEW Verison.. There is alot of cute fonts like *Words of love* is a real cute one...

Thanks for the inquiry. Sorry you are having this problem. The message is issued if the server fails to return an image within 10 seconds for any reason. Do you always get the message or just when doing certain things? Please give some details about what you are doing when the message comes up and what browser/version you are using and I'll try to figure out what is the problem. ~Jeff
Its Fine now.. It just kept popping up saying that, Im was on Internet Exp and Firefox.. But seems like it is fine now.. and it did it everytime i tried something new weather it was change color or even starting out a new font... But it seems like its working thanks~

ReplyDeleteAdded a few Easter dingbats in Holiday folder and a spring dingbat in Misc folder. Also watch the New folder and the blog for character fonts.

You could try http://indentifont.com to get an exact ID for it.
